What is Ayurveda?

Here are some of the methods mentioned below that will build your immunity naturally through Ayurvedic procedures. They are as follows:

Herbal Medicine - One can practice ingesting ayurvedic herbs like tulsi, pippali, and neem to keep their respiratory organs clean. Consuming half a teaspoon of neem and pippali mixture every day will protect you from external threats. If you’re a fan of capsules add Viromune which contains all these essential herbs. You can also add tulsi on your regular tea.

Lukewarm Water - It is very important to drink warm water all through the day. Since our body is made of 60% of the water it requires sufficient levels of water to function correctly. Water provides oxygen to the cells and that is why it is strongly related to our immunity.

 Cleaning up nasal and oral passages - To avoid the entry of any germs and unwanted particles, it is important to keep your nasal passage clean. To do this take small portions of coconut oil/sesame oil or Ghee and apply it to your nostrils. For better results do this twice a day depending on your comfort levels.

You may also use coconut oil or sesame oil to clean your oral passage. You need to take 1 teaspoon of any of the oils and swirl it in the mouth for a couple of minutes. Rinse it with warm water and do this activity two times a day.
