 Neem - Neem is a potent antiviral herb that is effective against different bacterias, viruses, and fungi. It has strong properties to boost the immune system by preventing any damage from external threats. Besides, it also detoxifies the blood and cures blood clotting.

 Cardamom - Cardamom is a popular spice in every Indian household. The extracts, seeds, and oils of this herb possess extraordinary curative properties. Its uses in traditional medicine date back centuries. Cardamom may help prevent symptoms of high blood pressure, digestive disorders, bad breath and cavities, and high blood sugar levels.

Tip: You may boil your milk with cardamom seeds and have it before going to bed.

 Cumin - Cumin is prepared from the seeds of the Cuminum cyminum plant. It is an iron-rich seed that contains 1.4 mg of iron. Cumin may be helpful to people trying to manage body weight, diabetes, high cholesterol levels, bowel syndrome, and memory loss. One tablespoon of cumin contains 0.37 g of protein, 7.88 calories, 0.93 g of carbohydrate, 7.69 mg of magnesium, 0.47 g of fat, 1.39 mg of iron, and 19.6 mg of calcium. It may also boost the immunity system by fighting certain fungal infections.

Tip: You can use cumin seeds while cooking for added micronutrients.

 Turmeric - The use of turmeric has a long history in traditional medicine. Curcumin, an active bio-compound of turmeric, is responsible for several health benefits. Its anti-inflammatory properties protect the body from oxidizing agents and help reduce arthritis, pancreatitis, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular diseases. Recent clinical trials have shown it may be used as a potent antiviral for corona too.

Tip: You may consume turmeric in any form - capsules, powder or raw. Or you can add one tablespoon of turmeric in a glass of milk and drink it before going to bed.
